I had the most wonderful experience at your office today. Nikki is FABULOUS at the front desk. Her enthusiasm and caring was truly heart felt. She went out into the parking lot so I could find the office when it was 113°. Amanda was very professional and personable as she explained what was going to happen and what I was supposed to do. Having been a patient for close to twenty years should speak volumes in itself for my total appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Georgine Ray and her Team! My hearing loss journey began in my early fifties and without the incredible compassion, knowledge, listening skills, and expertise of her profession, my life would have been very different. Thank you Dr. Ray! Your team of Audiologists and Office Managers are exceptional! Niki Minetta is a ray of sunshine and keeps all communication/appointments moving forward, while Nicole Viteritti is so helpful in navigating the insurance and billing questions! You will be treated with kindness and respect in this doctors' office!

My appointment was right on the mark. I waited a few minutes and the Dr. came out herself to take me for my appointment. Everything was explained in detail. The front desk lady was quick and friendly.

Exceptional customer service. Dr. Moore really gets to know you and your unique needs to help determine the right hearing aid for you. It’s a level of understanding, expertise and service that you won’t even come close to getting at a big box store or an OTC product.
